Responsibilities

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Marketing

Marketing & Business Development Strategist

Marketing and business development strategists help determine targets for Tinkerlust goals. They then prepare strategic plans to ensure that those targets are met. Their work involves analyzing existing strategies and practices, identifying areas for improvement and developing innovative strategies related to the goals they help establish. They may also be responsible for focusing on expanding revenue sources for Tinkerlust.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and work alongside with marketing team, managing outreach efforts that are synchronized with our thought leadership driven marketing activities

• Working closely with the head of marketing and CEO, as well as our team of strategists, graphic designer, digital specialists and program managers, in the development of new business opportunities

• Leading reporting and analysis of Tinkerlust performance across the new and current business process through data analysis

• Research the market trends, planning & conceptualizing marketing strategy/activity for any new business opportunities

Front End Developer

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application and taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

Fashion Merchandising Intern

As the Merchandising Intern you would be supporting the team by assisting with competitive research, maintaining assortment sheets, and completing various data entry tasks. In addition, the Merchandising Intern will support our lead Merchandiser with setting up spreadsheets & reports, other duties as assigned. The right candidate would have strong communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to multi-task effectively.

• Assist team to set up weekly bestsellers & monthly hindsight reports to understand how to analyze the business
